Madali\u0144skiego.\u00a0 Podczas \u0107wicze\u0144 zosta\u0142y om\u00f3wione dzia\u0142ania ratownicze na lodzie, podstawowe wiadomo\u015bci o strukturze lodu, sprz\u0119t do ratownictwa lodowego b\u0119d\u0105cego na wyposa\u017ceniu jednostki, w tym tak\u017ce techniki pracy w skafandrach suchych i sposoby ewakuacji poszkodowanych oraz samoratownictwo. W ramach prowadzonych \u0107wicze\u0144 zrealizowano r\u00f3\u017cne metody podj\u0119cia i wydobycia osoby poszkodowanej z wody na brzeg wskutek za\u0142amania si\u0119 pokrywy lodowej. W ramach prowadzonych \u0107wicze\u0144 stra\u017cacy wykorzystali: sanie lodowe b\u0119d\u0105ce na wyposa\u017ceniu naszej jednostki OSP. Podczas prowadzonych \u0107wicze\u0144, ku naszemu zaskoczeniu swoj\u0105 obecno\u015bci\u0105 zaszczycili nas: st. bryg. mgr in\u017c. Jaros\u0142aw Wilga &#8211; Komendant Miejski Pa\u0144stwowej Stra\u017cy Po\u017carnej w Ostro\u0142\u0119ce, \u0141ukasz Kulik &#8211; Prezydent Miasta Ostro\u0142\u0119ki, Wojciech Merks &#8211; Z-ca Dyrektora Wydzia\u0142 Bezpiecze\u0144stwa i Zarz\u0105dzenia Bezpiecze\u0144stwa. Celem wizytacji by\u0142o nagrodzenie stra\u017caka z naszej jednostki OSP Dh Czarka Mielnickiego Z-ca Naczelnika OSP za bohatersk\u0105 postaw\u0119 i bezinteresown\u0105 pomoc 36-letniemu m\u0119\u017cczy\u017anie, kt\u00f3ry to, uleg\u0142 ci\u0119\u017ckiemu wypadkowi podczas pracy na terenie jednego z zak\u0142ad\u00f3w produkcyjnych. Pe\u0142ni\u0105c s\u0142u\u017cb\u0119 w danym dniu w zak\u0142adowej stra\u017cy po\u017carnej udzieli\u0142 pomocy osobie poszkodowanej oraz w pe\u0142ni zabezpieczy\u0142 oderwan\u0105 r\u0119k\u0119, oraz dopilnowa\u0142, aby uszkodzona ko\u0144czyna wraz z osob\u0105 rann\u0105 zosta\u0142a przetransportowana do najbli\u017cszej plac\u00f3wki medycznej.
